allow unthreaded comments on answers
I'd like to be able to comment on answers without cluttering things up by posting a non-answer as an answer.
See StackOverflow.com/ServerFault.com for a good example of how this can add to a site like this.

Really need this feature. I'm finding that I want to respond to answers, but not submit my response as an answer myself.
